The staff is friendly and very informative nd helpful they were patient with other annoying guests but just stayed calm and resolved the situation

Don’t cheap out get a better place to stay

Not a bad stay. Just needed a place with a clean room and fresh towels. Got some good sleep.

Cleanliness can be improved

We had bad vibes immediately. A very-obvious prostitute got in a car to leave as we were pulling up. Check in was fine, friendly staff. Got to the room and it felt like the AC hadn't been on in days - hot, muggy, smelled. Smoke alarm was beeping low battery. Took an hour to get a guy to come unhook it (battery not replaced). The last straw was when I was sitting on the bed and the gnats flying in my face. I've stayed in my fair share of budget motels. My expectations were pretty low but this was just gross & the neighborhood was sketch. We checked in at 3 & left dueces flying ✌️ by 4:30.

There was a disgusting substance stuck on door. The room smelled bad. Things didn’t work or worked poorly. There appeared to be ladies of the night there.

The air conditioner doesn't work, I called down to the front desk and the guy Nick answered the phone just by saying what I beyond blown away. The refrigerator in the room doesn't work so $30 worth of food gone to waste. Oh and mold in the bathroom. They can't fix the air cause maintenance is gone and can't change the room because it was the last one so he says. Heard the highway and guest all night

There was no remote to tv the lights were blinking and the phone did not work I was unable to reach home while away very disappointed in my stay

The front desk decided to say that there was a noise complaint and try to not accept rent to a room under under my name. What was the complaint that there was a why didn’t knock on the door cause I don’t even know there is a I recommend on the hotel that were there boys don’t speak English or comprehend.

Awful smell, smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking room. It was 90 degrees in the room and didn’t cool down. Beds were gross, head boards were dirty, would not ever recommend the motel.

I booked a king size room online. Paid in advance and when I get there no king available Then he said he is gonna upgrade me. We ended up in a double bed situation, toilet runs all night and half the tv stations don't even work. I asked if this is an upgraded room do they not come with a microwave? He said we don't have microwaves. I went to grab the cleaning lady while she was in a room cleaning and there was a microwave. So why was I told that after he said he upgraded me. This place is a joke blood on the walls in the hallways,trash on the staircase and the railing was so dirty you would not want to touch it. I definitely got what I paid for.
