No remote. Phone not working. Bed too small. Hot in the room.

The AC unit in my room wasn’t functioning properly. I checked in and the unit was set to 75. Upon leaving I readjusted the temperature to 68 expecting the room to be cooler. That didn’t happen. As the night progressed I had to turn the thermostat down to 61 BUT the unit didn’t cool the room as expected. I was saddened by this.

Overall it was ok and convenient for the price. Breakfast coffee was great.

I personnaly called a week prior to my stay and requested room 119, I was told very nicely that she could do that and she would write it down. Very polite it was a morning call. When we arrived in the afternoon I told the gentlemen we requested room 119 a week prior and he said it was not available it had been booked. My husband saw 119 on the card luckly they had another room 107 available but you could tell he knew something was wrong.......other than that we love staying at the super8 in Eagle Pass, friendly clean rooms

Stay was great for a one-night stay. All was up to par except the bed was a little hard, breakfast was welcomed surprise, but stay was what I needed.

It was very good. Had a problem with coca cola soda water machine. It looked old and when we bought the drink, bottle was half full. Reported it to the front office and were told to report it to the Coca cola company. That's not good! We were there for one day. It's on your property, it's your responsibility. Sounds petty, but not a good answer. Other than that everything good.

Lots of noise on Saturday, beds very uncomfortable, no linen or towel replacement despite askingg for it.

Awesome staff! Place needs to be painted exterior.

The room smelled pretty nasty. Bathrooms were horrible. The pillows are ugly, not comfortable very noisy all the way until 3 o'clock in the morning I couldn't believe it so we did not get no rest at all trouble with the television ask for help. They didn't know what to do. Checked in the person front desk did not know what he was doing. I'll never go back again there.

Rooms were dirty, spider webs in corners, air conditioning poor, just made the room feel humid. Bathroom terribly hot. Hair in shower, on floor from poor cleaning. Front desk was nice but not necessarily welcoming. Rooms not consistent with online pictures. Would never go back.
