Booked 3 rooms, but when I checked in, I only received 2, and the other room reported that the hotel had not received a booking from the web, had to contact back and forth continuously until late at night 1-2am to receive the remaining missing room. , so tired, but the hotel did not have any apology or flexible solution, the receptionist on the day I checked in was always serious and did not show any smile or comfort, the room was also spacious but the staff does not look enthusiastic to help customers at all
