Could not reduce fan speed on air conditioner. It was too loud to sleep. Instead, shut it off and opened the windows.

My draw to this location was the outdoor pool; it was great. My only issue was that the chairs were black, and it was about 100 out and touching the chair arms was dangerous. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I asked for the bathroom hook, which was missing to be fixed, and no one ever showed up to do so. The grounds a well cared for as is the lobby. Overall, I think the price for the stay was appropriate.

It’s a standard hotel with better prices and better location than others in the area. The staff was efficient and friendly .

We thought the hotel was great especially with a swimming pool on a hot day but the beds were so lumpy and there was no one around to get coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The facilities are beautiful, very reasonably priced the saltwater.pool was an oasis, palm trees, sun tan lotion, lunch, sunshine and all. Norwalk is a great town and this hotel offers all the best in the heart.

Stayed for 1 night in a 2-queen bedroom 1st floor. The room was fine. Cons: The bathroom smelled of old smoke and was outdated. pictures in the main area are outdated, not many accessible outlets. The TV and remote was difficult to use (no up and down features) and had no directions. Pool was a disappointment. Not only do you have to pay a fee to swim (even when paying for a room), but it was also not well maintained, was dirty and crowded all afternoon. Pros: The main area was fine, it was clean, plank flooring. Was happy that the bed and sheets were very clean, clean smelling and fresh.

Room had a good amount mold on the bathroom ceiling as well as in the storage cubby and the bed room walls. Was tempted to move a ceiling tile in the bathroom to see what the added drop ceiling was really hiding but was afraid of what I might find...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has had some renovations but needs more. Pillow are little and they need new linens. Pool is nice but not worth paying extra for. We didn’t eat at the onsite restaurant but did have drinks at the bar which were good- only issue is that there was only 1 bartender in a very busy bar! Hotel is average; the staff makes is better but it is definitely in need of more upgrades.

Stay was great after switching my room. Hotel tried to give me a smaller room/bed vs what I booked. The first room had a broken AC, was 80 deg and none of the lights worked. Front desk corrected right away. Been here before so I was surprised at the mishap. New room was normal (great).

Room was fine/beds were comfortable/broom and bathroom were clean. Nothing special--standard room. Food options were limited and poor in quality. A serious upgrade is needed,
