Overall Ratings & Reviews Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

From the valet going out of his way to show us where they would keep out luggage until checkin, to the front desk who had our room ready early, to the fantastic meal at Ruth's Chris, then the Starbucks in the morning. I'm sold. And let me say the efficient valley service is worth every it if $50. We will be back for sure!

No parking available on site when we arrived. Valet was backed up around the corner. Had to park in the overflow lot which was not easily accessible and did not appear safe at all. No room service, even though it’s listed as an amenity. Just overall not impressed based on the ratings and listing. It is close to the arch if you are visiting for that.

The check in was very fast. Staff was super helpful and very nice

Everything was great except the room I was in was a bit dated, compared to the lobby and commons areas but it was fine for a place to sleep.

Honestly the staff at this hotel were Spot On, super nice and very very helpful. The overall condition of the hotel I can only give about 3 stars. Stained carpets in the lobby, elevators constantly going out, state of chairs tables etc, are very well worn. Hotel needs a little face lift and with what they charge, it should have already been done. But the staff made up the difference, never stayed somewhere that I could give a higher rating for the staff.

Our stay here was incredible! Everyone was so nice and the view of the Arch outside of our window was phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again.
