Was happy to return for my 3rd stay at The Clayton Hotel Belfast. As always the staff are top notch, friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed on 7th floor in an executive room for 2 nights, room was large, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with sink in the en-suite as it was clogged / blocked which was a little disappointing but overall the stay was very enjoyable. There is a multi storey car park 2 mins walk from hotel, the hotel is in a great location beside bars, restaurants and shops etc

Every time a VIP perk is offered, it is never provided to me by the hotel, including this one. The hotel is convenient for the city centre, room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

My favourite place to stay in Belfast when I come back to watch Ulster Rugby. So friendly and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous too.

Lovely hotel, just a short walk into the city. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Nice stay, however the room wasn’t finished as I would have hoped. - Bathroom sink crack in it. - Part of skirting board not on properly. - Bathroom tiles are like hospital tiles. Hotel itself is very nice but room could do with a makeover.

Our stay was only for 1 night, but we have staied in other Clayton hotels which i would rate much higher

Great hotel. Check in online was very easy to use. Super comfortable beds. The bathrobes were a great homely touch after a nice bubble bath. Would definitely stay again. One little suggestion I do have is. The safe in the executive suites is little high for those of us that are vertically challenged

The staff were all lovely and very accommodating. Location was fabulous. Really enjoyed the experience. Food was good too. Great breakfasts.

Nice modern hotel with helpful front desk. All good at first but for some reason our room was not fully serviced on second and third days. The front desk sorted it proptly when we rang so no big issue. Asked for a late check out and they let us keep the room until noon at no extra charge. Hotel is a short walk from the city centre with pubs and restaurants nearby. Will come back next time in Belfast.
