It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions. We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay.

Great hotel. Good value. Friendly staff. A 20 min walk to the center. 2 minutes to Porta Romana.

Free parking inside and a 15-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio

Hotel was functional; bar facility poor; breakfast was average; swimming pool unusable due to lack of cleaning; paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom; no porterage assistance with steep steps and no ramp leading up to hotel entrance; however reception staff helpful with taxi requests.

Maintenance

Difficult to park. Bathroom was small with little or no space for toiletries.

This was a very relaxing place to be for the first few days of my trip. It’s the perfect mix of Tuscan country and faster pace of downtown Florence. It was quiet at night except the calm buzz of cicadas outside. Absolutely picturesque views and easy to walk around. Loved access to a pool on super hot days. I’d absolutely come back to this hotel
