Yes everything was great although clock is needed in room and toilet made a very loud noise when

The rooms are dirty as hell no hot water ceiling wasn’t even paint it and you have big gloves of paint left in the tub

They cancelled my reservation without telling me

Car valet staff does not answer the phone when you call them. It takes at least 20 minutes to get through to them, which is unacceptable. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with them and as many stays at your hotel.

The room was dated and the hall partly torn up. The staff would start banging doors at 6:30 am, talking loudly, and COOKING food in the room adjacent to ours. It was like trying to sleep in a fry kitchen. It only stopped the day we left because I complained to the front desk. The cooking- not the rest. Housekeeping never came to our room because we weren’t out before 8:30 am. No towels no fresh cups no garbage pick up. The lobby is nice and the location. But would not stay again. I’ve never had a room that reeked of cooking oil.

Nice hotel close to CHOP and Penn

Second stay here. Incredible value for its location. Massive room with walk in closet. Friendly and helpful staff give the place a lovely vibe. Definitely the place to stay when in Philly

The furniture in my room was in very bad condition. The bathroom tub had rust around part of the tub and the stand that holds the sink was in terrible condition. Rugs also needed replacing. The lobby was nice .

Such a great location for a great price in the city.

Hotel met our expectations and staff was very accommodating

The hotel, while sporting a cute and modern lobby, was a disaster. It’s not clean. The hallways were a mess and needed to be vacuumed. The mattresses— super uncomfy. The sheets and blanket and pillows- not comfortable. The gym— 1/5 treadmills worked and the water cooler was empty. Truly disappointed in our stay.

The Warwick is located in the Rittenhouse Square area, making it accessible for using public transportation or walking to the various landmarks in the city or University of Pennsylvania. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel itself needs some love and attention. The room we stayed in needs painting, the plumbing both toilet and tub drained slowly. The carpet in the room was very worn and imbedded with dirt. The gym is very well equipped but several pieces of equipment were out of order. There are signs in the lobby indicating that there are renovations planned for 2026. I hope they keep the ambiance but upgrade the worn parts of this fine hotel.

The carpet was stain , dusty and soiled. The legs in the bathroom sink were severely rusted. The door leading to the bath had a thick layer of dust on the trim. The furnishings were wuite shabby and dated.

This property was not good value for spend. The deluxe room had peeling paint, dilapidated furniture, broken phone, A/C that seemed to be "feast or famine" despite hot August evening, no exhaust fan in bathroom/shower. I could go on and on. Frankly, I found myself looking at the hotel across the street and wishing I had booked that one instead. And I'm usually generous in reviews

Staff was rude as the day winds down. Less people and way more attitude. With their pricing you would figure everyone would be polite

Stay here all the time, this time it was me and my kids in town for a baseball game never disappoints.
