Horrible I had to wait 1 hour to get pick up miss dinner wanna request my money back asap

They night staff was really nuce. The lady that checked us out gave us thw impression she could nit be bothered. Their business center works sometimes. Then on top of it all i had free breakfast and was charged for 2 people. The hotel only refunded one. Parking was $18 per night. Kind of crazy since we paid $199 to stay here.

The food at the bar and restaurant were good. The only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t know the time when they open or close. There’s not a lot other food choices outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional

Hotel has seen better days. Roaches, rude parking attendant, scratched walls, spills not cleaned. Bathroom door lock broken. I remember the time when the flooded parking lot was the only issue.

Stay was great only complain was our air went out. A/C might need an upgrade.

Had a leaking bathroom faucet for the whole stay and even my friends too. It was reported but not resolved during the stay.

Good area and safe

Everything was ok. Breakfast was really good. I did not like the moldy smell of the first room but they change my room and the other aspect that was very uncomfortable for us is the AC that it is loud so it was hard to fall to sleep. Staff was friendly and very polite.

El hotel esta en muy malas condiciones para tener el nombre de Hilton. De Hilton lo único que tiene es el precio. Te cobran hasta por el parqueo. Mala experiencia.

Staff was friendly but the room was very outdated and not clean at all. Bathroom was very dirty. You could see it was previous leaks in Ceiling, the list could go on for the room. To top it off The shuttle bus left us waiting for 2 hours. Kept calling the front desk but they advised nothing much could be done on the front desk end.

Pick up from the airport to Doubletree was a nightmare especially after coming off a 9 hour flight you don’t expect to wait 1 and a half hours and when it did arrive it took off before anyone could get on. I had to take an Uber with another couple waiting for transfer bus. The room overall appearance was very good. However, although the bed was made up beautifully. It was clear when the covers were pulled off that the sheets hadn’t been changed.😩 The skirting boards were extremely dusty. And the lift going to and from my floor was noisy.(Due to age I guess). Once I was given clean sheets I had change the bed sheets myself. The bed itself is perfectly comfortable to sleep on. Food was tasty a little pricey but nonetheless good. The restaurant staff and bar staff are the warmest. They paid attention to details and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy with what I had ordered as well as making suggestions. When appropriate. Tax and service charges are added to everything!
