Very disappointed the breakfast was just toast and little Debbie honey buns and yogurt no coffee watery ok the pool was gone overall I wouldn’t stay there again a lot of false expectations

Good place to stay

The cold water tap in the bath leaked constantly. The evening staff when I checked in were very courteous. The morning staff were quite busy and delayed a bit. Overall, I was very, very pleased with my stay.

To start with I’m an OTR truck driver and me and my wife got the room to spend time with our kids. The manager accused my wife of have a party in our room. My wife asked for extra towels and he told her we had too many people in our room. He said he knew we had several adults and several kids. That was not true. It was just me and my wife. And family brought us our 3 kids. But my sister in law and brother in law brought us our kids and picked them up. But did not stay in the room. The pool stayed closed almost the whole time we was there. I had to ask for it to open. The girl didn’t open it until the manager left.

Certain things like hot water, toast, and cereal where better than nothing.

Car should not be authorized to park in reverse, blowing the exhaust system inside the air conditioner and under the door:(

They had no breakfast like they advertised it was honestly just toast. Try hey refused to open the pool staying they had to service it and then last but not least the refused to open the gym. When traveling with children these were the 3 main reasons why I choice to stay there never again will I go back there very unhappy and very dissatisfied.

The furniture is kinda old and needs to be updated, but everything was clean and in good working condition. It has a great location with a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was friendly.

The staff at night was very helpful checking in. The room was clean but smelled like pee at certain points

Just wasn’t a good fit for me

we had no hot water or water pressure the tv would not turn on seen a another man staying their when at night someone hit his car very badly and lots of outside partying noise breakfest was nothing but coffee and oj i will find another hotel next time

we had no hot water and no water pressure in the tub and i see another guess car hit by someone very bad damage and the breakfest their was as bad as it comes coffee was good the room was clean and the t.v would not come on this was rm 106 i will go elsewhere
