A very different experience

my experience at temptation was amazing. kenia and juan took great care of us at the front desk, jose, adolfo, angel at the bar were very cool with everyone. the staff at all the activities: cowboy, diego, arita, caliente, baby mango, nemo, pretty boy, chocolate, lady cherry, pau, all of them make this place so fun. gilberto is great at the spa, and the service at flame, romanza and sutra was fantastic. we had a great time. thank you to everyone who make this possible.

TTR is always a great time. Special shoutout to everyone who works there to make sure we have the best experience. Juan from the front desk (check in) was so professional and helpful when I arrived. I will keep coming back.

The stairs from buffet area to reception area are totally unsafe. Black steps need lighting or safety strip. I feel going up the stairs to wait in line for dinner reservations This is not the first time i asked for safety. At the pool people should not sit on steps next to hand rails that are needed to enter and exit pool. A sign is needed No Seating Allowed. Thank you

What the show on the pictures is not the same, for the price hotel is expensive but the rooms are avegare not luxury.

The beach and water in front of the property could use some attention. Very little swimable area

The hotel staff very friendly and always attentive. The pool was warm, and the bar staff at the pool made amazing drinks. The entertainment kept the energy fun. This was our first time coming but are already planning our second trip.

My experience was great

We really enjoyed our stay here, my husband and I stayed a whole week and had a BLAST! The music, vibes, drinks, were all amazing! The people are what make this place. The beach is meh, if you want a beach vacation go somewhere else but if you want to party with an amazing group please go here! Unfortunately on my last night I ended up having to go to the ER d/t personal medical issues and the staff were extremely kind and helpful! They made sure we got to the right place ❤️ Big thank you to Odalgs for the great checkout service! My only wish is that this resort had more gluten free options (cauliflower crust pizza, pasta) a lot of the other resorts offer these options!

A place for adults to act like teenagers.
