The rooms were clean and though we didnt use the pool it was welcoming.

Great place to stay. It looks humble on the outside but inside is very newly renovated and clean.

As advertised, it was a fine place to spend the night.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, everything is nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is good. Only minor issue is the detergent or bleach they use on the sheets, really powerful on the nose.

Well, me and my friend and my sister stay there a lot when we go up to play bingo. We love it there and you have a hotel staff member named Doreen and she’s always amazing. Every time we go there give that girl a raise she makes one people wanna come back there Like you’re home when you go there that’s because of Doreen.

Good and varied breakfast.

The rooms were very nice but the only thing I didn't like about them were the windows opened up to the indoor hall instead of outside.

We were very pleased with the kind staff and the beautiful room for the night before and after our wedding. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food was very pleasant and simple. It was great to have the 99 attached to the hotel so you could grab food and go back to the room or eat right there. There was a huge problem with kids running up and down the hallways until almost 1130 the first night we were there and when we tried to call the front desk no one responded. We understood there was a soccer tournament in the area but WOW! Not what someone needs on the night before their wedding. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would stay again.

No hot water. Even the “hot” tea was cold. The room is very dark.

First, I'd like to thank the staff, especially Doreen, for their warm demeanor and help during our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and we loved the towel decor on the bed. Those pillows are so soft and nice! 😀 However, the sofa bed in our "deluxe king room," which, according to the advert, will sleep 4 could use some upgrade. the room was as advertised as sleeps 4 so we had planned on utilizing the sofa bed for our kids but sadly, it was very uncomfortable and we had to change our room. I wish they had gotten rid of those poor sofa beds, or improved them with comfortable toppers, or replaced the mattresses. so Also, the breakfast options are very limited. Overall, I'll give it a 3/5 rating. Thank you!

Overall everything was very nice. The only constructive criticism I have is that the front desk needs to be able to handle some of the duties they always pass off to the manager. So other than that everything was nice and the manager really did help when it came time to do that.

Room was very dark, water pressure in shower was bad and water temperature was not consistent. We lost internet the last night and heard several other people talking about the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious.

Our stay was absolutely amazing impeccable service. I would recommend the Clarion hotel to all my friends and family. The air conditioning system was perfect. If my son were to graduate again from Lowell University with his PhD, the clarion hotel would be the place I would stay thank you so much

Location, clean, friendly

I rented a room because there’s work being done on the house I live in and there’s no water. I went to take a shower in the morning and ran it for 10 minutes. NO HOT WATER!!!! Might as well have stayed home!!!!

It was nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect - scrambled eggs, waffles, cold options.
