Pool was dirty. Ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. No elevator.

Housekeeping and staff were very nice!

The staff was very nice and it was somewhat decent. Our shower head sucked and the toilet had a hard time flushing. The beds were not very comfortable either. But if you’re wanting something cheap and not expecting much then this is perfect.

Awww! My two-night stay was actually very good. At first, it was problematic. However, the kind front desk assistant (sorry, I didn't get her name) was kind enough to place me in another room, and my second night was restful and peaceful. I've stayed many times at this particular hotel when having medical procedures, and I won't hesitate to stay again. It's now swanky, but it was good and nice enough to accomplish what I needed on my many visits.

Did not like the fact that I spent over $200 and also had to pay to park at the hotel...should be included

Robert at the Front desk was very helpeful towards me & got my Hotel Room to open. Karen always asked if i needed extra Towels or Toilet Paper. She was very knowledgable about the Area as well. The Room was Super clean & the Bed was very comfortable. It was my very 1st time in South Carolina & i would definitely return to this Hotel.

Bathroom and power outlets need work. Sink faucet broken, toilet paper holder broken, handicap rail broken in tub. Outlet stopped working and needed for a CPap.

The desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant.

Comfortable and convenient....

It was nice it was just a over night thing .can your have makeup towels so we wouldn't mess up your pretty white towels

One night stay for Bridge Run, all fine as usual.

Its a nice stay and staff is great. They just need to make sure they keep up on things that need to be fixed
