The hotel was clean

I love this hotel, is my second time here and I still like. The breakfast was good.

Hotel was just what we needed, clean and convenient to our destination, and people were nice. The Pressed fast-casual restaurant next door had great food. However we've had some trouble getting one unused night cancelled and refunded, and Hotels.com and the property seem to be pointing fingers at each other instead of being flexible for a good customer. We hope it is resolved in our favor, but this has colored our opinion a bit about this stay.

Great customer service

Air conditioner stopped working both nites of my stay after I was asleep. They fixed it after first nite, then it broke again second nite. They could not reimburse not give points fort stay since booked thru third party website

Parking was the only issue...required to drive through a Dunkin' Donuts parking lot to get to the hotel.
