Nice hotel in a convenient location

A perfectly acceptable business hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing we did not like was the bed, which was way too hard and which slid out from the wall if you sat leaning against the headboard.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on an 18 day trip to Spain. Very well located, walking distance to casco viejo old town, the theatre, impecable room, tasty breakfast buffet, good parking garage and over all an incredible friendly and efficient staff. Unfortunately there are no Nh hotels in the US except for NYC but while in Europe use this chain, particularly the one in Ciudad Real.

La propiedad esta en buenas condiciones, pero lo unico es que el cuerto no tiene control de la temperatura y ya la habian cambiado a calefaccion en Octubre. La unica solucion era abrir la ventana y entonces el ruido de la calle no te dejaba dormir. El desayuno era bueno al igual que el servicio.

Wonderful hotel with very good facilities.

Hotel is centrally located and walkable to the main square. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and clean toilets. The hotel car park is a huge plus as it avoids the drop-baggage-then-find-public-carpark process.

The place is fine. Refurbishing works next room were a bit unpleasant

Loved the hotel, very friendly helpful staff and great area of town to be in.

We arrived at 22.20 with 10 minutes to spare for room service and the receptionist was lovely she rang room service and we ordered some food and drink and she upgraded us to a superior room. Only problem was the air con didn't work very well but hey ho. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible attitude from the front desk people, a gentleman who was working wanted to keep our passports for until we check out..... we protest and then he went to make copies and he throw them back over the desk and gave us a key of a room that was smell cigarettes very bad even if the hotel is a “ smoke free property”!!!!!!! Horror service and on the top of this the front desk speak no english. We have no choice but stay here tonight we drove a long way and we needed to stop and this city came up. The hotel is very run down and doesn’t look like the pictures on Travelocity website!!!!!!! The only nice person here was the lady who works at the bar who went above and beyond to give us hot water for tea!

Not a nice view but that's unimportant to us. The hotel is centrally locally and you can walk anywhere. The room was spacious and clean. We had no issues. No iron in the room but I think that is normal in European countries. Plan accordingly.

Close to the city center and to Parque Gasset, the closest park to the city center. There is a post office round the corner and a supermarket across the street, which is very convenient and not expensive. You can order a taxicab from the hotel, of course, but there is a taxi rank at a five minutes walk from the hotel. Buses right next to the taxi rank take you all around town. A few nice coffee shops where to have breakfast at are right next to the hotel on the same street going right, all serving good coffee and buns or pastry. Not too noisy except, sometimes at the weekend, with very friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best hotel downtown.

Attentive staff

I was really impressed by this hotel; standards in all respects were very high. Friendly & helpful staff - and the hotel was well appointed and very clean/well maintained. Parking facilities were good; if on the face of it a little expensive - but for a city centre hotel in a parking "Blue-zone" I suppose that on balance charges (e11 per day) represented good value.I look forward to staying with NH again.

Quiet city. Hotel is close to plazas with bars, restaurants, etc. Walking distance. Easy parking at the hotel, which is not too common in Europe.

Good value for money. Good central location with parking available, if required. Excellent breakfast. Modern comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly

Habitación limpia y ordenada pero si en el baño incluyeran una escobilla para el WC sería mejor

Fint hotell med bra läge intill en stor park, bra för promenader. Servicen var på topp men middagsmaten var ingen höjdare. Bra frukostbuffé.
