I liked it because it was close to my family’s home. That’s the main reason we stayed there. There’s a shopping center right next to it in walking distance. We were grossed out with how filthy the room carpets were, and that was in 3 of the 5 rooms we booked. There was also a strong musty smell. I don’t know how old it is, but it definitely needs some TLC.

Was excellent the girls that received us were very kind the girl in charge of the breakfast the best she really make us feel like home I love the chorizo you have The beds are really comfortable Definitely I will stay again with you

Overall good stay. It was comfortable stay and service was good. The building condition was ok some roof leaks and broken ice machines but nothing that made us uncomfortable. Room was great no issues.

We were able to get a decent nights sleep. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. You could tell the shower head has never been cleaned and there was a ring around the bathtub.

Great hotel. It looks new & is super clean. I felt safe & was very comfortable here.

Clean they are remodeling other than that it was a great stay very quiet

Excellent stay

The staff was friendly enough to have the breakfast open until 10am during our stay. We enjoyed the clean and modern style of our room. The movies were less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

I was charged $10 for parking !!!! Since when do they charge to park at the establishment ! I have stayed in many hotels never was charged a fee to park !!! I asked lady at counter what if I don't want to pay . She said you have park at BEST BUY ! Which was behind the hotel ! NEVER AGAIN STAYING AT ANY HAMPTOM HOTEL

Stay was ok could have been better…mattress was hard/uncomfortable, bathroom shower head had hard water on it, stains on carpet in bedroom, ice machine on fifth floor not working, pool seemed like it’s not cleaned very often & whirlpool was closed/had orange cones around it.

Es más caro e que en otros lados más turísticos y en otros lugares donde la tarifa es más barata como san Antonio es muchísimo mejor el hotel
