Very nice hotel. The suite was perfect for our family.

We had an excellent experience staying here during our short trip to Kamloops. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was superb in the facilities it offered. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone planning a trip to Kamloops. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kamloops as it’s very convenient due to its central location from Downtown.

The big room for six people is very good

Great place other than the shower. Luke warm even after letting water run for at least 10 minutes.

The front receptionist was fantastic as were the cookies.

The bathroom door in our room was so close to the toilet you had to almost straddle the toilet to get in the bathroom. Not a good setup. Was like being in an RV bathroom. The dining room experience was terribly.

What a great spot. Great rooms so clean, cozy and staff was so great checking in. I will definitely be back. Loved the warm cookie at check in And the parking was easy and close. Walked to dinner a few blocks away too!

Dining option was disappointing. Breakfast was burnt not over cooked straight up burnt. The room was spacious and clean but we were abruptly woken up to the elevator being fixed with no warning. I understand that the second elevator needs to be worked on but we were given no warning and were in the room right behind it On top of all of that we were still charged for parking at $14 a day

There is no free parking available.

I liked the fact that they changed my room after a cleanliness issue. Maybe a supervisor should inspect the rooms before guests arrive to avoid the inconveniences. Overall we had a good experience and stay.
