Very poor customer service and room service. Poor cleanliness. Staff not very friendly. They always seemed annoyed, like you were bothering them if you ask them for anything. The front desk kept it a secret from guests that their elevator has not worked for months, after which they just fixed it, but it took three weeks to get it inspected. It was not until you're trying to check in that guests find out all this. Then when you ask why this isn't posted on their site, they rudely tell you that you can go to another hotel if you're not willing to climb up and down the stairs for the duration of your stay. There were roaches and ants in our room, and quite possibly bed bugs or dust mites or whatever. Something bit my daughter and she ended up gave her a reaction and she ended up admitted in the hospital for treatment. I imagine people resign themselves to staying there because it's the cheapest hotel to family that you are visiting. The only mildly positive thing is the free breakfast. Although there wasn't a huge selection to choose from.

Elevator was broken entire stay. Front desk staff never greeted us entering or leaving through lobby. TV in room was ridiculously small. All other aspects were average. I picked this hotel based on there convenient location, but probably would not stay here again when I return in a month.

Elevator was out and website did not start that. Per the sign the Elevator was supposed to be fixed in 5 to 6 weeks since the month of April. It should have been fixed by the time i got there. The ac was not working in our first room on the 4th floor and i was moved to the 2nd floor. I wish the girl was up to the standards that our shows on the website and i would love to come back when it is.

Staying at La Quinta Inn was a good, I had not expected to have the local police department on site trespassing two individuals. The staff was gracious and then explained to me that the elevator was broken after telling us that we were on the 4th floor and after checking to see if any other suites were available they could not find one. The room was clean but the shower had no pressure and it took longer than 5 minutes to get hot. Other than those issues everything was good.

The elevator was not working and we were on the third floor. It wasn't terrible but the staircases are small and not that clean and I wasn't told ahead of time. They said I could cancel but we were already there.

The location of the property was perfect it was located in an area that allowed me access to the places I needed to be. However, the appearance of the entrance door to the hotel looked old and worn.. reception area was average. The person at the front desk was decent enough . What made an impression on me was the hotel did not look modern, you were seeing the age on the building. It was most inconvenient upon check in that we were told that the elevators were out of service. I was nursing a leg injury and it was most inconvenient, and uncomfortable. For my entire trip I had to physically climb the staircase because of the non- operation of the elevator. It was never repaired even upon check out seven days later . The room did not have a safe to keep our valuables. I did not like the layout of the bathroom where the sink was outside of the bathroom. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable to sit . The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. All in all the hotel was not as expected especially as it was shown online. Will I go back?..it will depend how La Quinta treat with my poor experience at this particular location
