Good view to the pedestrian area and so convenient to walk and take the sky train, but traffic jam to take taxi or grab.

I have twice to stay here for the concert in kb bank siam, near from the venue and this month for the travell and concert too, i enjoyed so much here bcs near fr the pratunam area, but so traffic here fr university until hotel but we can walked away everywhere, and i found the halal restaurant in near hotel, delicious thai food.

Good experience so far. Only small issue was that the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Hardly gave a smile. Spoke to me as if I was encountering my headmaster when I was still in school.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is very strategic, and the service is very friendly and polite. Very helpful, thank you.

I stayed at Novotel Siam Square for 3 nights during my trip to Thailand last month. The location was perfect, with all favorite malls and hangout spots within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the hotel room was clean and spacious. However, I did have one unpleasant experience: the bathroom door was BROKEN. This should have been checked before guests occupied the room. While it may seem minor, it reflects the level of care and attention the hotel management dedicates to their service.

The good thing about the hotel is the location, the front desk service staff and the chambermaids. The breakfast selection is quite bad. Some food are overcooked and hard to chew. The staff at the restaurants did not set the table. They sent us to table without cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, they'll tell you “yes” but were chitchatting and laughing with their colleagues.

Very good, very good. Next time, I will recommend more customers.

Nice staff, you can check in early so don't need to waste time waiting exactly 2-3pm.

The air conditioner in the room leaked. Already called the technician once. But it leaked again at night. Had to wait until morning because the child was sleeping. My experience staying at Novotel is always unpleasant. In Jakarta or Bangkok. In Bangkok I had no choice but to choose Novotel this time because I brought my 3 year old toddler. Didn't go anywhere, only to Siam Square Paragon Mbk and Fourfacedbuddha. So the only place that is most convenient is Novotel. Only walk to these 4 places. Back and forth to the hotel to rest is possible. One more thing. This hotel's lobby smells, I read reviews that some said the same thing.

Great location, amazing hospitality and the best laundry services.

All is good. I want to highlight the great laundry services, which they did ahead of time with excellent quality. One of the greatest points is when the laundry takes care of details such as replacing missing buttons. It is the result of detail and high-quality control. Thank you, surely Novotel is my first option because of this.

In general, we are satisfied during our stay in this hotel. The location is easy to reach, near BTS (train station), and malls.

The location, staff and room are great! The breakfast was OK, we stayed there for 3 nights and they changed the menu everyday. But sadly the dimsum was all pork, would be nice if they can provide without pork too 😊.
