Very nice…

Good location and staff friendly. Clean and a good room. Only negative was the bed that was way too soft almost felt like sleeping on the floor.

Lovely rooms, helpful and attentive staff, and an excellent location, close to the Metro and in walking distance to the city center. Highly recommend.

As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe with the location of the hotel and staff presence in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was a wide range of vegetarian options and just delicious! Comfortable seating and great wifi. Hotel location is great and I would stay here again. Also, one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in any hotel.

Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel and room

El staff muy bien pero tuvieron un problema con un hackeo de sistema y mi reserva ya paga no les aparecía, con lo cual nos dieron una habitación limpia pero bastante vieja. Y tuvimos que esperar hasta que resolvieron su problema con la única habitación que les quedaba.

Great location for buses and trains, including the train to Sweden walkable from hotel. Tivoli just a few mins walk I slept on the sofa bed as an adult was very comfortable. Very eco friendly

Breakfast is good but facilities is inconvenience! Staffs are kind and friendly

Nice hotel overall, but the beds are horrible. Worst beds I’ve ever seen in hotels. Better they put hammocks instead. I couldn’t sleep and my back was killing me in the morning. There are less than 1 inch mattress. I don’t even know if those can me called a “mattress”

I like the position, close to transport and also walking distance from restaurant. No air-conditioning and toilet smell very bad

Wonderful staff but bad Internet connection.

The reason for the 3 star review was I booked thinking there was air conditioning and there was not. The beds were also very comfortable but too soft for my back’s liking. If either of these things matter I would book elsewhere. The breakfast was amazing and all other aspects good.

Check in was very efficient, every staff membet was great throughout our stay. Room was small, having no a/c isn't usually an issue for us but with 4 people in a small space it was quite uncomfortable. The poor wifi was our biggest issue. Not being able to speak/read Danish, we were relying on planning our days online, and having only 1 english channel on TV meant that we had very little "entertainment" to wind down after our busy days. The breakfast was excellent. So many varied options, very attentive staff ensuring that everything was stocked, a very pleasant start to each day.

Nice modern and clean hotel. Some street noise but no issues sleeping. Had one fan in room, likely could have asked for another. It was unseasonably warm when we visited but still cool enough at night to sleep comfortably. Pretty easy access to all major sites and nice shops and restaurants a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not buy the breakfast but it looked nice. Walked to local bakeries and restaurants instead. Netto and Circle K nearby for snacks and cold drinks.

The bathroom was lovely and clean.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The building is well located so it was super convenient to get around town. The rooms did not have air conditioning so I opened the window and it was noisy, but I love the sounds of the city. I would highly recommend and I want to stay there again. The pancakes at Breakfast were to die for!

Nice breakfast and fine room but everything was a bit run down. I couldn’t leave a window open at night because there was only a door to a balcony and the closet was too short to hang dressed or pants. There were weights in the room but one set was missing. That said, it’s a great location and staff were really kind.
