The rooms were very clean and comfortable. At first the heating system wasn't functioning properly but the staff provided us with heaters. The breakfast was also good. The neighborhood is safe and quiet since it's near the European Commission.

My stay at Hotel NH Brussels EU Berlaymont was truly lovely. On my arrival, I was kindly upgraded, and on Christmas Day I was surprised with thoughtful gifts in my room, which was such a nice touch. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Leaving tomorrow feels hard after such a wonderful time in both the city and the hotel. I would happily stay here again.

We got robbed in the lobby! On 9th Nov, 8.50pm our group checked in to the hotel and we realized our bag was taken from the lobby (contained passport, cash) when it was right in front of the receptionist. We rushed outside but we were too late, there was no one in sight. We asked for the receptionist for help to view the camera, CCTV but they said they can only do it with police presence. We asked them to call the police and they said they are on the way. We waited until 950pm and asked again if the police is here, receptionist told police will not come unless we catch the suspect (seriously?!). We then went to the police station to lodge a report and police said they can drop an email to the hotel to retrive the footage (huh!!!). Also, the hotel security only came at 10pm (where was he when we were robbed?) Back at the hotel, the receptionist then told us we can wait until the next morning when the manager is here. We went to check the next morning and there was no manager to be found. We also asked for help to call the hotel manager but they refused, clearly showing they are not interested to help us - felt so helpless! Writing this so that everyone can be careful. We also had a situation the hotel cleaner asked our aunty for her room number (what for?!). So if anyone asked you for the room number, pls do not give and remember to lock your room door. Attached are multiple images of the CCTV which would have easily shown us what happened and who is the thief but the hotel was not cooperative. Hotel is supposed to make us feel safe but we felt scared and insecure when staying here.

I stayed at the NH Brussels Hotel for eight days. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast — it offered vegan options, healthy choices, and high-quality food. Although the selection remained mostly the same throughout my stay, the variety allowed for creative mixes of bowls, juices, and detox drinks. The rooms and suites were average, as was the overall service. However, a nice touch was the treats and snack corner at the entrance, which children especially enjoyed — particularly the pots of candy.

We spent three days at this beautiful NH Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, the breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the courtesy and hospitality of the staff (especially Beatrice and Florin) made us feel right at home. I hope to be back soon!
