The stay was OK but there was one big problem. The heater fan made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. Their maintenance person tried for almost an hour I would say to repair the unit but to no avail. He did agree that it was far too noisy. The unit should be replaced with a new one. As a result I requested a discount of at least $50 for my stay, and thinking higher. Hotel staff said I need to email Expedia, and get that approved by you so please respond to me via email. Front desk staff were lovely. The room we had was bigger than I expected. Cleaning staff need to to better.

The staff at the hotel and in the restaurant/bar are great. Friendly and helpful and fun. We stay here every time we are in Sudbury.

We stay here often because it is usually a good value for your money. This past stay was 25% more extensive and I dont think it is worth the extra cost. Rooms are outdated and not as clean as they can be. Staff is great though! We will return again but only if its a price drop.

The after sales customer policy is anooying! I booked through expedia and made a cancellation a day before the travel date due to recent unfortunate massive snow storm in northern Ontario that led to closure of highways leading to the hotel location. Despite the valid (force majeur) request through expedia, the hotel manager did not approved the refund request. I will never do business with the hotel again.

I waited for communication from management regarding the need to change my stay date and there was no communications on this. Unfortunately a new client will no longer be.

Staff was kind. Room had a broken towel rack and tape marks on the floor that were sticky and at first set me off. Recommend staying somewhere newer.

The room was dated, but convenient for the night. Was told they had been doing renos in our room before. Our bed had VERY thin blankets with no extras. The hotel was quiet and convenient as we travelled through. But that was it.
