Enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel right by the canal. About a 10 minute walk from the train station and boat ferries. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, walkable from the train and bus station. Bathroom was small and had some minor maintenance issues. Breakfast was great.

Property interior decor was very pleasing to the eye. The view just outside the main entrance was also good because of the canal,bridge and old surrounding buildings were right in front of you. The breakfast selection was also good. The outside eating area was very attractive. Very satisfied.

Lovely hotel for the price. Charming building, very close to station and entrance to the island. Staff were very helpful. Air conditioning was excellent and everything else was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay! Very walkable area and very close to Piazzale Roma which was a big plus!

The communication couple days before arrival was great. Check in qas quick with information provided to us about the surrounding area. Walking distance to the bus terminal and to train station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room is very outdated and old, the shower was very small, carpet near the front door had stains. The lighting in our room was none existabt, we had to habe lights on all the time. Our room(117) was in a corner, the windows facing a deserted alleyway with no proper window security. We always jad to look our staff in the suitcase when we left the room. Room was clean with housekeeping coming daily to tidy up

Staff are excellent with customer service and recommendations for food and activities. This is an older hotel but nice amenities with a nice garden area and bar.

The hotel is very unique, not like regular hotels setting. Staff are very good, especially in returning my email concerning how to get to their hotel. (Travel transportation changed due to train strike.) They promptly reply all my question re any transportation from Trieste to Venice. We had very memorable stay in this hostel. Thank you to the Hotel staff and managment.

Loved the historic hotel, location, canal and gondola spot just outside - all very 'Venice'. The staff were very helpful and the included breakfast could be eaten on a lovely outdoor patio. The hotel was just about walkable (we managed it with a suitcase and smaller hand luggage each) from the Piazzalo Roma, the terminal for the people-mover and the local buses, it was a short walk, but with 3 small bridges to cross.

This hotel was in an excellent location Staff was excellent breakfast was very good. Gondola ride right out front

Great place, centric,

The check in process was a little disappointing. We original booked 2 rooms for the same price. 1 room with 2 people and the other with just 1 by mistake. We contacted the hotel about the 2nd guest and were required to pay an extra $10/nt for the second guest, even though the original price was the same for single and double occupancy. There was a foul smell in the lobby on the second night and morning of arrival. It’s a good place but not great.

The hotel was very convenient to public transportation and too numerous restaurants. The bedroom & bathroom were very clean. And the staff were very friendly, very helpful and very professional.

Staff are extremely nice and friendly, would definitely stay here again when we visit Venice.
