The front desk was very friendly and professional (especially Cathy!) and housekeeping did a good job. The hotel does not have an elevator and during my second visit I was assigned a second floor room. I am in my 70s and getting my luggage upstairs would have been difficult so they quickly assigned me a first floor room. I was able to schedule the airport shuttle for exactly the time I needed. I would stay here again!

Nice clean and quiet place

The check in process took a long time. There are beer bottles in the parking lot and signs everywhere stating they were not responsible vehicle damage and theif.

Easy to get to and from, coming from Central OR for a work trip. Resturant next door and close to meeting room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable

My son was not allowed to check in and no refund was offered. Total BS. Hotels.com totally not helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. I was charged to stay here and when i went to check in with my Oregon drivers license they said they don't accept locals within 40 miles.

The locker (security lock) is broken. The bed is excellent. The staff are friendly.

Hotel is very dated. It is clean. Front desk lady was way overwhelmed and not the best customer service. When we got there we wanted to change our hotel immediately and Travelocity would not let us even tho their advertisement rated this hotel as good. It was disappointing all around.
