Nice place to stay for a wedding weekend

I always stayed at the property for what is now 10 years.

Property was advertised with a bathtub and only had shower. Room appliances outdated for the price, and bare minimum amenities in room. Smallest King sized bed l've been in. Just too overhyped, overrated, and too high of a price for an average experience

This place is a scam & The don't honor there refund policy We tried canceling due to a medical emergency. and they told us to purchase an insurance which we did and they scammed us for another $40 on top of the $800 stay which they still denied refunding. " Just because we can" discussing staff

We loved the ocean view, how friendly and helpful the staff was and the delicious and affordable buffet breakfast. Overall we had a wonderful time on our 44th wedding anniversary. Thank you.

February weekend getaway for two (Valentine's Day). Upon arrival we were immediately greeted with a friendly and very warm welcome by the staff for a very quick check in process. Cute beach-vibe room, very clean, good shower, nice bed sheets, plenty of closet/drawer space, small refrigerator. After settling into the room we noticed the tv remote was not working. We were able to retrieve a new remote within minutes of informing the front desk. Highly recommend the ocean front view, absolutely beautiful. Due to our visit being in the winter, we did not get to enjoy the outdoor pool or beach. But we did enjoy the hotel's indoor pool/jacuzzi, fitness center, bar and restaurant gave. There are also many highly reviewed restaurants in the area within walking distance. I am looking forward to booking a return trip in the summer time.

The stay was extremely pleasant. It is all the result of the welcome received, cleanliness throughout, the restaurant’s food and service, the views from the ocean front room provides warmth, coziness, and unique privacy.

There was no heat only air conditioning (and it’s winter ). I almost slipped in the bathtub because there was no tub mat. The blanket on the bed was torn. There was no continental breakfast, but you could buy it. For $720 for two nights I expected much more. The ocean view was fantastic!

After visiting this property for years I found that the poor level of service I received on this stay; will not allow me to return again.

The good point is that everything is on site so you barely have to leave the building for Spa, Swimming pool, Eating which is very convenient. The bedroom was comfortable, and could be cleaner (hair in the bathroom, shower could be cleaner too). However we clearly see that the building is old and is missing maintenance, repairs, and some refreshing. I don't know the regular price during the year since we were just one night during New Year's eve, but for $400 a night, i am use to better quality within other establishments. The Spa itself was amazing and the people operating (receptionist,, therapists) were absolutely fantastic. This ended up making us more happy and giving a better general note to the Hotel.

It is a beautiful property with wonderful ocean views.
