The pool and hot tub could use some cleaning and refurbishing. My room smelled like it was a smoking room. The staff was the best, so kind and helpful.

Booked this for my birthday specifically looking for heated pool, called before booking asked if they had heated pool they said they did. When we arrived the water was FREEZING! tHEY SAID THE HEATER HAD BROKEN. The SHOWER water was freezing so bad it gave us a headache while showering! The staff said to leave it running for 10 minutes we left it running 30 never warmed up! We called to complain they said they would send a tech they didnt. The fridge was not working we called to complain they said they would send a tech, they never did AGAIN!
