The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a great bed and pillows. The hot tub was nice but the water was cloudy.

We were in town for my nephews graduation, so this location was very convenient for that

It was excellent for a night stay when visiting campus. Bed was comfortable- room with two queen beds was spacious.

Clean and friendly staff

Room was spotless, I'm in the habit of bringing some wipes with me and cleaning off lightswitches, door handles etc. (I just find it easy to get sick while traveling) but it was very obviously unnecessary, as I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. The staff was all friendly, location convenient for my needs. The beds were too soft for me, but that's just a personal preference. My one suggestion is that the coffee in the breakfast area needs to be stronger, it literally looked like tea 😀

Check In took two minutes. Desk staff and Housekeepers were very happy and friendly. Smiles and polite chat. Being a former Housekeeping Supervisor, I’m always looking in every crack and crevice for dirt & dust. I found no uncleanliness in the room, halls or common areas. Housekeeping puts incredible effort to keep an entire hotel as clean as this place was.

We liked the suite we were in, the breakfast was decent, and check in and check out went smoothly.

I thank everyone for a wonderful stay at your hotel and for be great.

Like the mountains

Friendly staff, comfy rooms, and a nice breakfast buffet. Everything I needed while in town for a conference!

Comfortable beds, quiet, but there were dead ants in the hot tub.

Pool was well kept up.

The room was nice. The shower was a bit confusing to figure out and I didn’t like the shower head.

It was convenient for where my outing was being held, but needs updated and was dirty. I stayed at the same hotel in Mount Joy PA and bathrooms and room were much bigger and very clean. Disappointed with the one in Johnstown. Understand it’s Johnstown, but the owner doesn’t take pride in keeping property updated and clean.

The pool/hot tub area could use improvement for sure. There were dead ants floating in the hot tub and the pool water was cold and cloudy to a point that we did not swim
