Convenient location and great view of Copacabana beach. The hotel could use updating and have more friendly staff. We booked a suite but the room was less than luxurious. The bathroom fixtures were worn down, the bathroom had mildew, bathroom sink clogged, bathrobe had stain, provided old towels that could be used as a rag. They charged 10 Brazilian Reals for Nespresso coffee pods while it was free at the PortoBay in São Paulo and other hotels. Overall, convenient location but the experience was not worth the price we paid for a 5-star suite.

The staff was great since the check in. Great location, lovely view from the Pool and the restaurant. We really liked the Pool area with view of Copacabana beach, the Christ and Sugarloaf. They also offered chair and umbrellas for free on the beach with a team taking care of you there. Lovely hotel, would stay again

Hotel is well located, personnel is friendly and courteous, very professional and warm. Hotel looks really new outside, now the rooms look dated. Also, why no coffee on the room?. Only tea Give coffee to you guess

Location and the views are amazing

We stayed for 8 days in one of the suites. It was fantastic for the entire experience. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, we had massages in the spa, and drinks and food on the rooftop. Our room was beautiful and the cleaners kept it in perfect condition. Very happy with our stay and would come back if we are in Rio!

Didn’t match expectations… I stayed in 12th flor and still felt odor of smoke and food from the 5th floor restaurant. Regarding the room… it needs to be renewed… wear in every part of it…

Good location , great views, stuff in lobby was very helpfull but cleaning stuff need to be more through about cleaning , our room wasnt swept or vacuumed , from before we checked in ,and wasnt swept during our stay either.

Staff was excellent, rooftop bar and pool were nice, but the tiles at the pool was very slippery and many guest had problem with it. We checked-in an average room where the AC was not that great and the shower and the bathtub was clogged, but the hotel fixed it and gave us an upgrade, so we stayed in a suite for the last 2 nights, which was very nice.

Amazing property with great views and the staff deserves the most praise with how helpful they are . Anything I needed they were there. They speak Portuguese, Spanish & English which is a plus. I can’t thank you enough for the experience
