Wonderful in every aspect!

I had an executive room with lake view which was well attired, comfy and spacious and overall delivered a feeling of luxury. The staff from check-in and housekeeping were extremely proficient and friendly, with any request sorted straight away. I enjoyed a quick swim in the pool which was great. The view was lovely and I was just a little unfortunate as the weather turned rainy that evening.

My husband and I just recently traveled from the US to Switzerland for a business trip/vacation. This hotel met every single one of my expectations and more. They offer countless amenities, the view is incredible, it’s only a five-minute walk to the Metro station, and the customer service is phenomenal. One personal detail is that I asked for an extra mug and spoon on one of the days of our stay (which they brought to my room immediately). Housekeeping must have noticed that I had an extra and they made sure that I had three mugs and spoons instead of two after they tidied up the room. It’s small things like this that keep me coming back because it shows that people care. Please stay here when you visit Lausanne. You won’t regret it. We didn’t want to leave!!!

They provided more extras than I have seen before plus a yummy gift on my birthday

Amazing staff-- answered all questions, helped with returning the rental car, easy check in, attentive and kind. Lovely location with views of Chateau d'Orchy and Lake Geneva. Beautiful sunset. Room with open beams.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The service was great from the start with everyone we came in contact with. The room was first class and a great place to relax and rejuvenate. Location, location, location as well, right on Lake Geneva. The tram from train station will lead you straight to the edge of the property. Couldn't be more pleased!! P.S. - Umbrellas offered all over property to take, borrow, and return, was a nice simple touch!!

Fabulous spot right on the lake Lausanne is generally expensive but this was decent value and perfect for a quick morning swim if you are willing

Everyone was kind and welcoming. The rooms were beyond acceptable. It was very clean and spacious.

After traveling through Geneva and Paris, we decided to end our travels in Lausanne and stay at Hotel Angleterre And Residence and so glad we did.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Location is great, service is great and the rooms are top. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I couldn’t swim since the pool was busy for two days which was a bummer but totally recommend
