Checked in and found no cameras for safety. Very busy area. Pool was cold and room was dusty

There was no microwave in the room and the bathtub was filling up with water and wouldn't drain fast. The TV was not working and the carpet was filthy.

Close to falls, but far enough away that not as busy

Great location and very friendly staff.

Property is ok. But we need to pay additional charges other than paid from Expedia. If it is included in Expedia it will give clarity while deciding stay based on price. Property is ok but felt expensive

Did the online precheck. In and out in 10 minutes. Best way to go.

Bed bugs

The hotel was a little far from the venue I was visiting but not too terrible, would have preferred walking distance is all. It was across from a factory mall though and my girlfriends picked up some sweet deals at Coach!

Better

The queen beds are very good. But the sofabed is so terrible; like sleeping in a wok.

The staff were great to deal with, very helpful, courteous and professional. Clean all around outside and inside but the parking area is a disaster...way too small, if there is a car parked on both side of your car you would have a problem opening the doors wide enough to get out or in.

Multiple pools, dining option

The hotel hosted many sports team the weekend we stayed there and it was very noisy. There were parties and hockey played in the hallways late (until midnight).

Having to pay for parking on the grounds at which we are staying is nothing but a money grab, for the prices we pay parking should be included at any hotel, motel grounds. Inside windows were covered in fingerprints. The dresser armoir was also noticeably covered in fingerprints. The headboards were dirty. The toilet paper holder was useless. Breakfast should be included in stays, not overpriced to seek else where. The grounds seemed ok and was close to dining
