Staff was very nice. Great to stay here for quick visits into town or if you're on a work trip. Short drive from downtown Newport and close to all the shops/restaurants in Middletown and Portsmouth. They have a nice area in the lobby where you can work from with on the go breakfast and a coffee bar in the mornings. Dog friendly as well!

Great location for the price. Close proximity to Restaurants and Atlantic Ocean. Hotel was clean and service was excellent.

The room was clean but the rest of the hotel especially the elevator was dirty. Close to everything you could need.

The hot water in my room no. 335 was not hot enough for me to bath. It was luke warm water even though I turned the hot water knob till the end. So unfortunately, I had to continue showering in luke warm water as I was getting late. Else I would have called the Reception and changed my room. Would be good if that was fixed.

Really nice hotel with a great staff

We didn't have hot water to shower but we were offered another room It was morning and the entire part of the hotel was out of hot water We decided to just leave early Continental breakfast was not free like most places. The hotel was otherwise nice.

Front desk and any other staff we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful.

Overall, the hotel is easy to get to with lots of parking and it was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is a little dated and warn-looking. But if youre looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep within 10 mins of downtown Newport, this place is it.

Had a great time, the hotel was very clean and in a good area. The pool and hot tub area was fabulous and not crowded, perfect for rainy days. The front desk Cindy and Trey were very professional and kind with all the questions I had.

Hotel was clean, inexpensive, staff was good! My only concerned was the hotel did not have breakfast and the area they have were only for candy snacks and little drinks
