This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Las Palmas especially because it is right on the Las Canteras Beach.

The surprise event on Saturday was amazing and made for an unforgettable last day to our holiday! Loved every minute.

This a really nice hotel, really well located for local restaurants and shops. The pool area was great and right on the beach if you prefer. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all the staff were lovely. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Exelente todo salvo 2 cosas: El blackout no es bueno. A las 7 am se iluminaba la habitación. Mi habitación eta triple, la parte del sofa cama de la tercera persona no tenía wifi

It was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and was right at the beach. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Lovely 2 day stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very modern in design with a .superb position overlooking the beach. Food was fresh and plenty of choice both for breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool area was very well maintained with very efficient staff.

Las Palmas is a tiny city about 30 minutes from the airport, but all the flight crews stay at this hotel, which says something. Check in - effortless, glass of Cava while wait. Beautiful room with only the board walk between us and the sea. We arrived by bus and it was a ten minute walk to the hotel and back. That said, luxury costs, so if you are on a backpackers budget you won't be staying here, however if you are on a spoil-yourself holiday, then you can afford it.

Safe,quiet area. Customer service was excellent! Great dining options,great location with plenty of restaurants around,walkable.

The hotel absolutely doesn’t deserve five stars ! The reception is part of the restaurant. The room is not up to par: absent of bathrobe, bath product, towels are in a terrible state. The household very badly done, the sheets were not changed for three days. The catering is very limited. We regret having chosen this hotel.

Staff very welcoming. Rooms CLEAN and comfortable. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. Pool sheltered so much warm than actual temperature

Phenomenal staff and service. We had misplaced an item and housekeeping was able to find it and returned it to our room the following day. Halfboard was well worth it. The hotel is in a great location for any exploring and traveling needs.

Hotel is clean through out. Pool area amazing photos dont do it justice . When using the sunbeds you feel as if you are on the beach because of the view. Pool/pool bar staff went out of their way and you could aways have a laugh with them

The hotel was lovely and clean, pool area lovely, nice view by the sea. The weather was cloudy but still got a nice tan. Great view from the room balcony. Room was lovely, could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Small fridge in the room. Beach bar staff/towel guy were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. Bar meals were delicious and very good value. Stayed many times before and always enjoyed breakfast. This time it had good variety but maybe English breakfast wasn't as good as before. Missed the tortilla. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will be back.
