Dijon itself was the highlight of our stay. The hotel is decent enough, quite modern and clean. No real complaints. Underground parking was great but if we had arrived 30mins later there would have been no spots left. Bit of a walk to old town but not that bad.

Very good hotel - Much better than the ibis styles in Reims Cathedral.

Nicely located a short distance from the sights of the centre. Lovely terrace for dining. Good breakfast offered. Worth the money.

Always a very high standard. Have stayed many times when travelling through France. Will definitely return next year

We stayed for two nights,great hotel. Only a team minute walk to the old town and the restaurant and service were very good,great size bedroom and good car parking

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the old city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered a great selection of food. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to use the outdoor pool due to the rain.

The hotel, location and area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful city of Dijon. The restaurant is good too. But why save a few cents and put paper cups instead of glasses in the room? Or have elevators out of order? You can do better.

Everything was perfect

Located in a nice and quiet area, yet only minutes away walking from the amazing Dijon old town.

The staff were really friendly-and helpful. It’s only a short walk to the centre which is great. The immediate area felt a bit 60’s ‘new town’ and disconnected from Dijon’s historic centre but it’s easy to walk there. Had parking under the hotel which was super useful.

The hotel and reception staff were excellent however the manager of the restaurant looked at us a though we shouldn’t be there. We waited for around 15 mins to be served by the woman behind the bar and we were the only people there. Not a good experience. We have stayed there before and would again but someone needs to have a word to the restaurant staff about service.

Hotel Mercure was a nice sized hotel with relaxing grounds attached. I enjoyed a glass of Crément outside in the sun by the pool and felt quite relaxed. The room was well laid out and I had everything I needed. It was about a 15 minute walk to the old town, and I felt it was worth the walk for the large quiet space to rest and sleep. I also ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Impressive.

It was a lovely hotel very clean and good location for the old town

Everything was good. In the morning from around 8 am there was a lot of noise coming from the adjacent room which might have been the kitchen. But we were up at 8 so it was OK for us. Interesting fact - lobby and rooms are newly renovated and look great. But the hallways look terrible. Strange choice to renovate 90% of the hotel and not 100%.
