Small hotel in great location. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, parque de la 93, Andino mall, etc.

The attention is excellent, but the hotel is not outstanding. I had a few issues (including funny smells in the room) that they tried to fix. Not sure it is worth it.

Location is great. Step out of the hotel and you are in the midst of a very happening place - several great restaurants; shopping; walk around; lots of security officers regularly patrol this neighborhood. Cabs are easily available and the hotel also provides reliable and clean private transportation. This hotel property is an old building in the middle of the town and is beautifully maintained. It is clean; staff is excellent; guest services managers Catalina and Maria are super helpful. We had an excellent experience while staying at this hotel during our visit to Bogota. I highly recommend!

Just a beautiful hotel in a safe and quiet street. There are restaurants very near by and the hotel’s food is very good. There are shops, malls, and other restaurants, etc walking distance. The staff is stupendous! Very professional, attentive, welcoming,and friendly staff who make your stay special .

Enjoyed our three nights stay at a suite at the FOUR SEASONS. Area around the hotel is super walkable for dining, shopping, etc.. breakfast buffet, added bonus. Staff all around the hotel, including the front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful and helped us arrange wonderful tours of an arrival. Heard Zona Rosa was the best place to stay in Bogotá and I can confirm that. Everything in the area is pricey, but is well worth it and it’s super safe.

Excellent Hotel, a fee details to fix in the room, but excellent in general, Staff is extremely dedicated and kind.

Staff was exceptional and the location perfect for us. The Spa was ok and breakfast should have been included in upgraded room prices…that was a bit disappointing.

Everything was beyond expected. Attention was top-notch
