The property was advertised with room service but there was none available. Our room also had no tea and coffee making facilities or cold water available. In the foyer there were coffee pods but no milk available.

Good for price

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower leaked a bit and needed to be fixed. The staff was helpful and polite.

Was good for thé price

Best stay I’ve had in Montreal. In the heart of the gay village, and staff were so accommodating. Rooms are very modern with microwave, mini fridge, and toaster unlike most hotels. Very tall rainfall shower (I’m 6’4 and had plenty of room). Only thing is walls are thin so if you plan to have a noisy night… don’t or atleast invite your neighbours lol.

Nice no frills hotel. Staff was very helpful and location was great.

The hotel is in an area where there are many homeless people and obvious signs of drug use on the street…syringes. There was constant noise and running in the halls all night long and sleep was impossible. The bed-linens were less than stellar, appearing yellowed/dirty and ill fitting. I would not stay at this Hotel again.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Great renovation with new bathroom. Downstairs rec room and lounge. Easy walking to stores and restaurants.

I was accused of causing damage to #339 which I never did!

It was a good experience

Close to the property. Walls are kinda thin. Other guest were not courteous about their volume at a late hour. Safe parking was not too far away. It would have great if they had an ice machine. But overall it was great, it was the second time i have stayed there twice snd have another booking 10 weeks from now.
