The new renovations really make the suites stand out now, and they are so well thought out. The hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place if you are staying in London.

The television in the main sitting area would not work.

Fast, friendly check in. Hotel newly renovated. Room simple, modern and clean. Did not stay for breakfast.

Like this hotel. Everything is good, the gentleman at check in may have some room to improve his kindness. Breakfast was excellent.

The room is renovated well and spacious. It was very clean and staffs were so kind. However, the heater didn't work well and I need to ask to repair at midnight because it was so cold.

Our room was very clean, nicely renovated and there was a nice breakfast area on the main floor. The staff was approachable and friendly. Great area, the White Oaks mall is right across the street. No issues receiving my deposit back right away. My family and I would stay again.

Very clean and modern design inside the suite, beautiful hotel, no complaints what so ever. But the area roads and parking lots can use some work.. other then the parking lots that’s a little to dark at night time, can’t blame the hotel for the roads , that’s something the the city of London will eventually take care of it soon, understandable that winter just finish 5 star hotel overall, just don’t drive your sports car into the parking lot
