Basecamp is very convieniently located for visits to the CU campus and Pearl Street. The property is comfortable and homey. The shared spaces are so nice to relax in with fellow travellers. The staff is very friendly andhalpful. I would stay here again!

Place was adorable, thoughtfully re-decorated, really comfy bed, wonderfully friendly service, great little bar and plenty to do onsite. The carpeting was shabby and shredding though which changed the feeling of cleanliness.

Basecamp Boulder is a really fun place to stay. The rooms aren’t fancy but they’re great if you’re just making it your “basecamp” and out hiking, biking, and enjoying the Boulder area all day, which is what we did. The rec room is an added bonus and a fun place to gather. Having coin laundry right there was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay there again!

This is our second stay at Basecamp. We all love the vibe, decor, location, and staff. We will be back.

Nice place and nice people

The concept of this hotel was good. It had a fun vibe in the lobby amenities and with the decor. However, the carpets were disgusting. The smell of the room was awful and it made you wonder about the cleanliness of everything. With that said the location is excellent. Easy walk to campus.

I chose this place based on reviews and location. The location is accurate walkable and easy to navigate in Boulder but the condition of the place leaves much to be improved. The room did not appear clean, it had a bit of a dingy smell, the carpet was in terrible condition there was not house keeping and despite multiple requests for coffee in my room, I did not get any. The towels felt wet, the walls look like they can use a paint job and on top of it all, I wasn’t able to get into my room until 6:30 after I arrived. This is a motel with a facelift, not the fun, hipster place it appears to be in the curated images on their website. Staff was kind of “checked out” like do you enjoy your job and don’t want to helpful? I know this might be a different vibe, but for 211 dollars a night, I would like not to have for someone to come to the welcome desk and not to have to ask for someone to take the trash out.

The location is great, tucked into a residential area within close walking distance to Pearl Street Mall. I liked the unique personality of the motel, with its amenities like the climbing wall/lounge area. The lobby area coffee/beverages and beer bar is a nice addition. It's motel style rooms reflect an outdoorsy vibe compatible with the Boulder lifestyle, are comfortable and offer the basic room amenities.

Always enjoy staying here... Great location, very walkable for restaurants, bars, shopping. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff with nice little bar/breakfast area.

It’s a traditional motel updated and themed to appeal to people interested in outdoor pursuits. Not fancy but comfortable and charming. I’d definitely return.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. I love that there are s’more’s and beverages available at night as a special treat for purchase. Parking lot is a little tight but available. Overall great stay with close proximity to the college.
