Nice place to stay before a flight or for an event in resort world.

One night before an early flight this hotel is one of the closest to the airport

Excellent overnight stay for early flight the next day. Hotel right next to departures, only a short walk across the road. Dined in the restaurant, whilst not cheap the food was really good & service excellent

Our double room was a good size although it could have done with a worktable or bench for using a laptop. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with reasonable prices. I would happily eat there again, even if I were not staying in the hotel. This hotel is ideal for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. You step outside and the departures entrance to the hotel is right in front of you, just a very short walk away.

Perfect for per flight stop over Bar a bit over priced but it is on the airport. Great staff very efficient Good breakfast to set you right for the day Deffo recommend

It was clean and comfortable and the food was enjoyable.

The service, bar and restaurant were excellent as always. Unfortunately the room was noisy and we were woken several times during the night.

I’ve stayed at BHX airport often for travel convenience and Novotel is my favorite of the hotels. Despite the high footfall, it’s clean, modernized and streamlined for the traveller

Brilliant food with room service. Couldn’t get closer to the terminal unless it was actually in it. Great value for money

Lovely hotel although the air conditioning did not work in our room, so it was very warm overnight even though we stayed early March.

For the money we paid we expected more! The bed was rock hard we barely slept and we both got up with aches and pains. There was a separate toilet which was so small you had to manoeuvre carefully in and out if it. The bath was very high to climb in to use as a shower with no grab/hand rail to steady you climbing out. We would have had a better night in the Ibis hotel for a fraction of the price but wanted to make the start of our Ruby Anniversary holiday special !

A lovely hotel. Excellent location on the airport grounds. Lovely modern and clean, would definitely stay again.

Clean hotel reception staff lovely. Breakfast poor and cold. Management in breakfast room need educated on how to talk and smile. A joke walking about head in air.

Friendly, professional staff. Easy check in. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms. Minutes walk to departures. Very convenient x

Liked the proximity of the hotel to airport check in desks.
