This place gets worst by the day, it even feels dangerous to stay at. The room was very dirty, holes in all the sheets, room has weird stains on the walls. The person next to us, I’m pretty sure he lives there with two big dogs, people coming in and out of his room all night. The rooms smell like urine, the young man that works at the concierge has a horrible attitude. Do not stay here, not sure why the city even allows this place to stay open.

First off when we got there they didnt have our room right and then they showed pic of pool which is the only reason i went here but ended up being closed in middle of summer. When we got in room remotes didnt work to our tv and there was a flickering bulb in overhead light. There was a giant hole in the floor where the linoleum was lifting and almost cut all three of our feet cause it was sharp to the feel

The prices is affordable, but the condition of the room wasn't good for me.

The room was very old the ac didnt cool the room I went to tell the staff whom told me the maintenance man would come check it, which no one ever came. It was so hot and hard to sleep. I asked to switch rooms but was told it was full. But I seen a few rooms empty? The shower was hard to turn on. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at with the worst service. I do not recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t check in because you have no night staff. I payed and I got no email saying you had no night staff or any information. Waste of money that I won’t get back and I didn’t even have a chance to check in. You guys should inform people on that. Not everyone is local.

Worst service ever. We flew in from San Diego, when we came in to check in they did not have a 2 bedroom for us which we had reserve 6 days before. The rude, unprofessional front desk attendant was not helpful whatsoever stating he could not do anything for us and that it wasn’t his problem. He then went and got his “manager” whom was even worse. Off the bat he came out saying “your not going to tell my employee what to do” in a very aggressive matter. He stated many times he didn’t care about our reservation being for two rooms and could not help us, I was very insistent that he had to help us, after about 5 minutes of back and forth he said he had two, one bed rooms. After taking it as the only option, we head to our rooms and come to find a “storage” was going to us with lots of mattresses and a complete mess. When I came back to the front desk, all of a sudden they had a two bed room for us. I have stayed here man times as my parents live in this town, I can guarantee I will not ever come back to this property.

Rooms were dirty, hot water was limited, beds were crappy and the TV didn’t even work. Squatters broke into the room below and one night there were pimps and hookers fighting in the parking lot.

Avoid at all cost. The room was dirty bugs crawling around. No tv. No phone. No coffee maker. Signed in and stayed 15 min Refused to stay here. Still was charged the entire rate. Sleep on the sidewalk less bugs and dirt. And the people will probably be friendlier

Clean comfortable room. Quiet neighborhood. Stayed for two days on business. Some general facility problems though. Not sure what was happening with the hot water but the warmest temperature was maybe slightly warmer than body temperature. Also for some reason the wireless network also seemed to be out of order the whole time I was there.

This place is sketchy and the beds are horrible.

The place is quite old, they have new windows and it’s very clean, but the refrigerator didn’t work. The counter in the bathroom was coming apart. They have a pool, but it doesn’t open until after Memorial Day./mid June. They had a table, but no chairs for it.

The staff was excelent. The room was clean and neat.

Great place to stay.

First off, we booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance as our child was playing in a sporting event in Pasco. We were 1 hour away from arriving for check in and they called and said they did not have the 2 queen bed room that we had reserved, because they overbooked. They stated that they could offer us 2 singles instead. Of course we accepted that because we otherwise would have no place to stay. When we got there we checked in and paid for the rooms. When we opened the door to the first room it smelled so strongly of ciggarette smoke that it made you want to gag. The bed spread had burn holes in it, the sink had what appeared to be beard shavings and the room was just plain dirty. The in window air conditioning unit didn't work and there was no screen in the window. The second room did not smell as bad but was just as dirty. Needless to say we did NOT stay there. The young boy at the front desk was very apologetic and I felt bad for him. He was a nice kid. Would not recommend staying at this place AT ALL for any reason.

It’s convenient close to hwy, needs repairs and more maintenance.

Pathetic service. Rude staff, bed bugs no hot water. No pool. False advertisement. Charged $50 deposit which I didn’t get back. Extremely unhappy and will dispute charge if I don’t hear back
