Great place to stay.

The rooms need updating but over all we had an awesome and amazing time. Staff was very friendly and attentive!!

Everything was great

The island was experiencing a blackout while we were there but the whole property was very well Managed that we didn’t feel any effects. Also, all the staff are very accommodating. One thing they forgot to give us a walk-in shower as we requested since one of the girls in our group just had a knee surgery. Other thank that good location. 5 minute walk to Isla Verde Beach, walkable to good restaurants, close to the highway and airport.

I liked everything about it except that the guest have to pay for parking at the hotel

Lovely location. Close to the airport. Staff very friendly. Must mention Jorge and Paola. Enjoyed the happy hour 5-7 pm daily. Free drinks and snacks (chips, nuts and popcorn). Breakfast was great. Served from 6-10 am. Very punctual.

The beds were uncomfortable that was only thing we didn’t like.

I love everything. I have no complaints at all . I felt safe for myself and my family. Convenient to everything beach, restaurants, mall and airport.

In our stay at the hotel, the housekeeping cleaning staff only cleaned our room once in our 6 day stay. After the first day, I asked if anybody was going to clean the room and they said that they did it every other day. They also only gave us clean towels twice and once I had to ask for them. After you nickel and dime me for a resort fees and after all said and done after paying over $1278 through Expedia to stay here, this hotel charged me an additional $328 in resort fee parking fees, and municipal taxes. I could’ve stayed at a real resort, which would’ve cleaned my room and gave me new towels every day. Shame on me thinking that Hampton Inn what’s going to be a wonderful stay as the rating (9.0) on Expedia told me. The pool wasn’t cleaned daily either, my family wouldn’t even go in it. I can see my feet better in the ocean than in the pool. Never enough towels in the pool area. Resort fee! Fake news people. Terribly disappointed!!!!!

Definitely was a great time with the family The hospitality was very good. Room was clean and can only speak for the one I stayed in. House keeper was on point with the towels. Hotel had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner mounted on the wall of the shower so that was good. Pool area was not that big but not to small. It was decent and clean. They have a grill area with a swimming up bar and the people serving drinks and food are very nice and respectful. Food is amazing. The servers (Joel) made up great drinks and also Jennifer. The hotel is in a great area where all the good food and Bars are a walking distance so you don’t have to drink and drive. Beach is a 5 minute walk and the hotel will provide you with voucher for beach chairs and umbrella and it’s giving to you once a day. Highly recommended.

Wish they changed up the happy hour snacks a little bit more often. Otherwise everything went really well! Thank you.

The property is so loud and noisy. People are making a lot of noise and rooms are not sound proof so you can hear all the shouting outside the room.

We really had good time with kids and it is very convenient to travel. Very close to airport and beach.

This was an incredible place to stay. It is a smaller hotel that makes it feel cozy and right at home. The staff is amazing and welcoming. Amenities are clean, the pool/hot tub and bar area is a great place to play at (especially between 5-7 for happy hour). Breakfast is delicious and included from 6-10. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful experience at this family friendly hotel. It had a great pool, pool bar and close to the beach. The staff was excellent and the room was clean amd comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
