Easy walking to shopping easy parking .

Motel 6 used to cost $6..this location should charge $6..meth-head with 5 kids next door..dogs without leashes..chikdren playing in parking and driveway up to midnight...staff rude and dismissive..will not allow anyone to stay >28 days here or on any maryland super 8 Location can be safe or dangerous; no security. Get staff upset with any question, you are invited to leave. If you don't, they threaten to call the police Nice location..building has not been renovated in 50 years Staff & housekeeping barely speaks english I guess you get what you pay for Cheapest in area..for a reason Pay $10 ..more per night elsewhere is better Roaches in room Premises reaks of pot..many room)s, too Why..smolking allowed in many rooms They rip off your secirity deposit and play with your rate=beware Always..book weekly at hotel to save money..on-line to hace hotels.com protection TV did not work 1st night Air conditioning never worked properly because it appears as old as hotel Housekeeping was always friendly..but they knock on your door early daily because this "cheap motel" has no "do not disturb sogn' Panhandlees who are druggie stay there Kids noisy on balconies up to midnight The 28 rule prevents anyone from getting sales tax for stays > 31 days. Notvwarned before..so this is bait & switch.Other than superp location..i would stay at any of over two dozen gaithersburg & germantown hotels Even extended stay is competitive/but serious drugs

I wasn’t expecting it to be anything great, but there was a pregnant roach on the bathroom wall. Kinda pissed me off.

Very friendly desk staff, room met expectations, no issues at all.

The room smelled moldy. There were cockroaches everywhere I could sleep the whole night I was there. They would refund me my money. All around horrible experience

Very basic accommodations. Not the prettiest area. Sketchy clientele. Wish we'd spent a bit more to stay in a nicer place.

Did not realize there was a train track behind the motel. I had to sleep with the TV on to drown it the sound.

I can't really say anything about them other than I felt graceful to be told they didn't have a room because they were spraying for roaches. They should have been closed.

Roach infested room looked nothing like the photos on the site. Room was filthy, multiple items broken, sink had no water pressure, HVAC very noisy and couldn't be turned off. Exterior almost as dirty with trash piled up and rodents running around. Couldn't stay here and was refused a refund. STAY AWAY.

Place needs to be cleaned

room had already been used the towels and the bed looked like they had been used as was the soap bar

If you’re in a pinch and need a place to stay. Otherwise never again.

Old but good .. nice place

Young lady at the check in desk was excellent, attentive & accommodating. The room was hot, musty & barely wiped down.

I puked in the bathroom due too how dirty the room was
