The staff was extremely welcoming and inviting when I checked in. The property was absolutely beautiful, and prime location, located within walking distance to the cities largest mall and many, many restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Only thing wrong is that the coffee makers didn't work, and i needed my coffee in the morning, oh one other thing for as much as we paid for the room i thought the breakfast would be free, but it was pay as you go. I didn't like that at all.

The bed were so comfy!

Arrived fairly late after long travel day. Easy check in. Super friendly front desk guy. I forget his name. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been which was surprising. Hairs in shower that were not ours and some hairs alongside the baseboard near the toilet. Strangely, no coffee offered in or near the lobby between 7 am and 10 am. Overall it was a good stay. We would stay again just for the comfortable beds and bedding.

The tile repair in the bathroom looks tacky and the inner shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It was dirty and yellowing. It would be helpful to have a mirror somewhere in the main area of the room instead of just in the bathroom.

At first glance, it seemed nice. But then we found a pillowcase with bloodstains and that did it for me

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Sioux Falls. The location the staff the overall hotel is great. This time my room smelt like dirty feet and the bathroom was quite dirty. Hairs in the shower etc. the shower had no mat in it and the cover to the drain kept slipping off and the drain was super dirty. A bit of a turn off. Overall, I will continue to stay here. I just hope they get better cleaning staff. The front desk people are always amazing!!

Room looks nice.... no toilet paper or kleenex, no bath towels, no bedding, no ice bucket only a lid for one, staff said he would bring me items...... took forever. A refund would be greatly appreciated!
