The restaurant was not open on Christmas Day except for breakfast. Hotel staff told us restaurants around town would be open on Christmas Day. This was incorrect. As no restaurants were open and we went hungry on Christmas Day

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, clean, modern room, worst bathroom design ever. Architect obviously thought to cleverly fit everything into a closer space but must have never tried to sit at the toilet or take a shower. Coumd jave worked if he had turned things around.

Great hotel very well run and maintained the staff where all very friendly. The hotel is easy to get to from the Airport by bus or taxi. Fantastic location right by the dock pubs bars and restaurants

The best hotel on our way up to the north. First time there were sort of separated rooms for us and children (with their private tv!). Breakfast was super, with a wonderful view.

We arrived to catch our cruise boat and were looking for a functional hotel. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the view of the sea, both from the room and the restaurant. Breakfast was an incredible spread with Norwegian specialties. Highly recommended!

This was a very nice hotel slightly off the town center. The room was very big, with big windows and a great view. It was also clean and very comfy. Breakfast was wonderful-too many choices to be able to try everything.

Clean and plain basic hotel which suited a business trip, slow wifi, but at least it had wifi. So no complaints.

I stayed here one night on a work trip. Very very nice room. Nice staff. But most of all, VERY nice breakfast. Both the food selection, the layout, the restaurant (luxurious), and the view! I'd love to stay here again!

Excellent service, room was first class with free high speed internet, bar and restaurant food excellent value and staff couldn't be more helpful.

Could definitely use some refurbishment, but overall not too bad. Comfortable, and cosy restaurant. Beautiful location looking out into the cold sea and gives you a definite sense that you are not too far from the North Pole.

Nice hotel with outstanding views. But almost comically overpriced, as the whole building is in need of a refresh.

Veldig hyggelig personale, både i resepsjonen og restauranten. Angående renhold på rommene, kunne det vært bedre opplyst når vi kom at vi selv måtte gi beskjed om vi ville ha nye hånduker og oppredde senger hver dag. Der ble det en misforståelse.

Veldig hyggelig hotell m flott utsikt og god comfort. Frokosten var super og betjeningen var veldig hyggelig. Hotellbaren kunne hatt litt bedre utvalg f.eks liten vits å ha gin i barskapet uten å ha tonic 😀, men trivelig betjening.

Helt ok opphold, fantastisk kjøkkenpersonale, så hyggelige. Savner loungeområde som er moderne og oppholde seg i.

Olimme ns. koirahuoneessa. Huoneessa ei ollut juomalaseja, WC-paperia pieni jämä. Olisi ollut kiva lisä jos huoneessa olisi jääkaappi. Lisäksi peitot olivat todella paksut ehkä hyvät talvella, mutta kesäaikaan ne olivat ehdottomasti liian paksut.
