The Opera Hotel was beautifully decorated and in a good central location around the corner from Place Capitol. The staff was helpful and polite. We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse very much!

Beautiful older hotel property in the heart of Toulouse. Great location if you won't have a car because the entire City core is accessible on foot or by public transportation. Very walkable neighborhood for dining, drinking, or shopping. The less tourist oriented neighborhoods are a 20 minute walk. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed for an older hotel. Very nice bed. Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff will take very good care of you.

I absolutely loved this hotel

The Hotel itself was very nice however I was given a room (Aida) that was below ground level. There was a terrible odor in the hallway and was detectable in the room itself. I reported this to the front desk and all they did was spray a citrus scent which actually made it worse. Be aware of this level it obviously has a serious problem and possibly health issue!!

The hotel is a little old, but that adds to the charm. Overall a good experience and a good location for your stay.

Lovely hotel very friendly

The hotel is very charming and the staff are really helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt very welcome there. The location is super central, easy to get to, and walkable to all the main tourist spots, with great restaurants right nearby. I really appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout until I had to go to the airport. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Truly, beautiful and historic

An amazing hotel with first class staff who could not be more helpful. We loved every moment of our stay. My only criticism is access to Capitole Indigo parking, not the easiest to negotiate but this is no fault of the hotel.

Great location in center of the city. walking distance to most everywhere in the old city. quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Great hotel. Would stay again. Would recommend requesting a proper shower if you don't want to end up with a small bath/shower combo. Breakfast is excellent, if a little pricey.

A superb hotel with very welcoming and professional staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the beds are very comfortable. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Locally there are some great restaurants, the hotel will advise on these - one restaurant which really has a nice low key, yet a high quality standard of local food is called Campagne. (Booking is wise).

The staff in this hotel made us feel very welcome. They gave us a complimentary drink while we waited for our room to be ready. It is a beautiful hotel situated on Capitole square within easy walk of everywhere. Its a buzzing city full of cafes bars and restaurants...we loved it and our stay at this lovely hotel. We will revisit later in the year.

Very Nice hotel with very nice staff in an excellent location of Toulouse

Well located, at the corner of the well known "Place du Capitole" in Toulouse CBD the hotel is on a prime spot for a few days as a tourist in Toulouse if you want to walk the city streets and discover the wonderful cafes/restaurant that the city has to offer. The hotel is decorated in an old fashion way and is missing a few essential to make it a real 4 stars hotel (e.g. small TV, no amenities in bathroom, standard breakfast, limited information given upon arrival).

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the city. Parking was very tricky (as noted by another reviewer) and made more difficult with the Christmas market. However, the hotel staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Our room was a suite with separate living area and bed. The bathroom was modern and well appointed. Excellent location!
