It was a really nice room for the cost. If i return to Tulsa, ill for sure come back to stay here again.

Lobby smelled, everything is old. The door to our room wasn’t working. Had the hardest time opening it every time we left the room.

Drugged / drunk people disturbance

I was placed in room 205. the room had not be cleaned. It had nasty floors, the bed had hair on the sheets. the love seat was all stained and the carpet was stained and smelly When i tried to flush the toilet it wasn't working! I called and complained, and it took an act of congress seems like to get another room. They finally placed me in room 213 and it wasn't that much better, it had roaches! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel!

This is a good, inexpensive no-frills hotel. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The bar was actually pretty cool. A bit of a dive, but a lot of fun. They have karaoke on Friday nights. :)

Place was dirty, had blood drops on bedding, bed was crunchy sounding when you sat on it, bathroom was dirty, did not like the smell of smoke.

Ended up with bed bugs after stay

Rooms were not cleaned, staff was fired or walked out with no support. Multiple people had to cancel their reservation and seek accommodations else where.

Terrible hotel, falling apart in every room and management that can't even use their computers. Interrupted 2 nights in a row because they tried to rebook my room, with me still in it. My last night i returned to the room after work to my affects removed to the lobby office and a note of a completely different person in their computer in my room. The front desk found my written copy off my stay only after i presented the booking reservation and check in on my phone. I wish i had taken photos so more people would stay away.

Asked for a refund after finding out how filthy my room was and they said they would give it to me 3 days later and still no refund.

Very dirty! Took several hours to get our rooms due to staffing problems. Told that everyone walked off job by front desk girl, who then walked off job. The manager came in and worked for 2 days straight cleaning rooms and trying to get the hoards of people sleeping in the lobby to rooms. Very shabby place but I commend the manager for working so hard.

I actually didn’t even get to stay at this location. I stood in the lobby for over an hour waiting to check in, without any information from any hotel staff. I was on a trip with my 14 year old daughter. After witnessing multiple people come back to the front desk after being given keys to rooms with people already in the room I did not feel safe and I left. I asked for a refund and the hotel management did not give it to me without any sort of explanation or reason for the denial. They also did not offer any apology or any sort of reparation based on the poor service and inconvenience my daughter and I experienced. Do not stay here for any reason. I’m sure that all aspects of this hotel reflect their particular stance of no guest concern or value.
