Just mediocre

The room was great. Being gluten-free I was looking forward to yogurt. The eggs were cold. There was no water dispenser next to the juices.

Clean room and comfortable bed.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, The bathroom larger To accommodate special special needs. The bed was comfortable, But the pillows were lumpy. The t v and internet worked well, As well as the fridge and microwave. The lamps had bright lights, Yet the room seemed rather dark. You had to request from the front office To get a coffee maker. The coffee maker was better than what you usually get. The Main reason we booked this room was for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the heater for the pool and tub was not working. This was disappointing. The breakfast had limited , hot and cold items. There was scrambled eggs and sausages, Bread for toast and jam, Cold cereal, Small muffins and apples. The rooms were older, But very well kept.

The bathroom was a little bit tight and hard to navigate with a cane. Nice and clean. Had to go outside and circle the building to get to the breakfast area.

Good value for the money. Older Property well maintained. Exceeded my expectations.

The parking was easy, and well lighted. The lady putting the food out was awesome. She was taking care of a tour group plus other quest, did with a smile a such graceful efficiency.

Room was clean but in need of maintenance. Toilet ran until you jiggled the handle. Patches on walls with no paint. Cabinet broken around the fridge.

The hotel was a good choice in Holbrook. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. We appreciated the recommendation for dinner in the local Italian restaurant. It was delicious!

Staff was very nice, Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only bad thing was the bathroom was in DIRE NEED of repainting. The walls and ceiling had peeling paint.

Town is dying and service at the hotel was a minimum, the person who checked us in seemed to be the only worker there. No elevator so we had to carry our luggage up to our room ourselves. My husband is 90 years old!!!!!
