The room's carpet had stains and crusty bits, the cabnets were falling apart and there was a large crack in the bathroom door but, the people were super kind and the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Objectively this is no five star stay but its decent for a quick night's stay.

It felt very comfortable staying there.

This hotel needs to learn a little more about customer service. I have booked more days in the hotel. I'm in my fifth day and no one has ever offered me housekeeping services. The rules say between 4-7 days you get service once within that timeframe. Breakfast could be better. The bed and room are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel welcome.

Terrible smell. Old very used furniture. Bad neighborhood

Dirty rooms. Falling apart furniture. Horrible customer service. We left after a night because the TVs wouldn’t work and we were disappointed and disgusted with the state of the room. Maintenance said they would fix the problem and after waiting half an hour my fiancé went to ask what was going on and they lied to him saying they had come up and attempted to assist. They were lazy. The hotel was gross. Stay anywhere else in the area, just not here. It’s nothing like the photos.

Nice room for the price, only complaint is people are LOUD and the quiet time after 10 is obviously not enforced

The staff was awesome, very clean room, I had requested bottom room and I got it. They were equipped with anything you needed for kitchen appliances. There was nothing I didn’t like. Just couldn’t smoke. Lol

I stayed here as a traveler working at a local hospital, the room was disgusting, smelled like smoke, there was trash still in the room even when we first arrived, the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter even though the room was non-smoking, some stranger started banging on the door screaming to be let in at 04:30 am when I was sleeping alone in an unfamiliar place. The whole experience was terrible, and the price was high for the low quality received. The staff were kind, but everything else was awful. I would NOT recommend staying at this facility. If the other places weren’t sold out I would have up and left from the beginning but with it being the weekend of Valentines most places were booked out.

This is very much a you get what you pay for. First it is not your typical extended stay, this is set up more like a Motel 6. It was a convenient location. The room itself is very outdated, furniture is very worn out, the stove had clear rust, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the tub had missing paint, the shower had water leaking into the outside of the bathtub. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear crying children and everyone's conversations next door. No breakfast, but coffee, oatmeal, and ONE small muffin. Regardless of this, I was in a tight situation so as a last minute place to stay it was worth it.

We ended up staying for almost a week, we were in between places and had contracted the flu. The staff made sure we were not distributed at all, all amenities were available.

The heater/AC did not work no hot water bathroom sink. Shower had hot water but it had leak after done with shower.

Quiet not too clean but peaceful

I had to cancel a stay at another location do to dirtyness an roaches. Your room was beautiful, clean and I was relieved with a smile. Room cleaned and even put my daughter's toy in a cute way, awesome experience thank you

Breakfast is muffins and coffee, grab and go stuff. Room needed dusting, and floors swept. Spider was in the sink, the shower was ok. I would not stay here again. I am a health-care worker and needed to stay overnite close to my job. The evening office staff was nice when I checked in. No hairdryer in the room. Just nothing like the pictures on the website. They definitely need updated.

was a good stay. the only problem we had was there was a couple fleas in the room. for an overnight stay it was good

Great for work

This hotel is absolutely terrible! Worst part is hospitals in the area suggest it for families staying in the area. As soon as you pull in you instantly feel like you’ve made a mistake. Our room smell like wet dog rolled in baby powder. There was scratches on the wall and furniture from where they allow pets. The bed had a stain that I wasn’t sure if it was blood or pop. The fridge drawers has food residue in the bottom. The icing on the cake was the hairs in the shower.
