The property was well maintained. Was closed to Hurricane Harbor. Easy access to the highway. Staff was friendly.

The room was nice and clean just didn’t like the layout of the hotel. Would prefer all indoor.

I was expecting my room to have a stove and it didn’t. A regular sized fridge was in the picture of the room as well but it had a mini fridge. It was a spacious room as pictured. Everything was pretty average. I would’ve rated higher if the room would’ve had the stove and the regular sized fridge as pictured.

The staff have really good attitude and service. This is the reason why I would come back because the customer service was great ….

Pros, price, nice staff, great location, good food options nearby, comfortable bed, and good ice machine. Cons, it wasn’t really clean, the bathroom door was dirty all the way down with hair stuck to it, hair and dirt on the end tables and dressers. The exterior doors did not latch every time. We actually had to pull them closed so not very secure. Our room door was the same, it was very hard to open and close. The sink had water spraying everywhere rather than a stream. Couldn’t even wet a toothbrush without chasing water around the sink. The air conditioners were cooling but extremely loud at times. We stayed two nights and were woken up by the awful noise 7 or 8 times each night.

We booked a night here noy expecting much but still dissapointed. the first room we were given had dirty linen, dirty shower, cigarette burns in blankets. we spoke to reception who apologised and offered a different room, however not only were the same issues present but a clearly unwashed towel left for us to use. We left and the owner hasnt bothered to respond to my email. Should be shut down, complete dump

Older hotel-swimming pool needed attention. Our door in and out of the room was hard to close.

Check in was a breeze and the gal was very friendly. Some of the other staff seemed it troubled them to assist you. We had 4 people in our room and when we asked for more towels, we got one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Had several issues with the Key cards not working. Had to go to the front desk and was given 2 more cards. Out of 4 cards, only one worked half of the time. If you are wanting rest, this is not the place for it. At night it is very noisy and can hear people walking down the steps and housekeeping carts rolling past your door in the early morning. Wi-fi was very slow and unreliable, but can’t complain too much when it’s free. Not something you can use if you were on a business trip. The breakfast was ok. The same choices were available everyday. There was nothing different on certain days. They stop serving breakfast at 9am and are prompt about this time. Found it considerably rude that they turned off machines and removed the food when visitors were still sitting in the seating area eating. Visitors were not asked if they wished to get anything else prior to things being removed or turned off.
