I liked nothing. I disliked everything

We booked here for the pool and only after we got in it were we told we needed to get out immediately as it was dangerous…. Then midway through our stay, we returned to our room to find that it had been given to other guests and their stuff was in our room and our groceries we had bought were thrown away. Big rooms, nice area, but they need to get it together!

The only problem I had was the coffee that was in the room was for a 12 cup coffee maker and there is only a 4 cup coffee machine in the room

Was perfect location for shopping, movie theater and food close by!

Very nice staff and convenience for family travel. We went for graduation at SNHU which is about 15-20mins drive.

Very spacious but place was hot thermostat set for 70 but temp was 80

Stayed previously. Great experience besides having to wait until 3p when we arrive at 10a. THIS TIME was dreadful! Sewage in my bathroom sink 3 days in a row. Sink flooded overnight twice. The plumbers, one named RJ, were nice and responsive. Yessi at front desk also very nice. Management NEVER phoned me or communicated in any way. Mitch I believe the name was. A female manager was nice when I requested to speak with her but no follow up. I could not re-room due to a water pipe break in another building which required several rooms to be moved. Could not find another property with a kitchen at such short notice. Had to cancel in-room meetings due to poop smell. Did I mention 9 urine spots on LR floor?! Other it best spots in bathroom and bedroom. WHY WAS ROOM 2110 CLEARED FOR SERVICE? Beware. What companies will do for your hard earned money.

Was here for a weekend trip . Comfort and quiet. Close to outlet . Near highway.

Front desk could have been more accommodating instead of making me wait until just about check in time when I extended my stay

Great rooms, quiet, fully equipped for comforts and home feel, fairly priced and the rooms are nicely sized.

The smell and mugginess was unreal

I didn’t like having to wait until 3p to check-in when air arrived at 9:30am after a 5 hour drive. There was another family in the same predicament with a young child and a dog! If lobby is open there should be accommodation’s available or..how about our rooms that were paid for?

We stayed in a queen suite for three days. I booked through hotels.com and the third-party dropped the ball on my reservation change so I showed up a day before the hotel was expecting me. They immediately got me into a room and were very accommodating. The manager also helped me get money back from the third-party website after they had overcharged me. We had a couple of problems in our unit that were just basic maintenance problems, but the maintenance man came as soon as he heard about the problem and repaired it, and he was super personable and friendly. I enjoyed all of my conversations with each of the four staff members I interacted with. By the second morning of my stay I was already recommending this hotel to a friend for her wedding guests coming in from out of town in the Fall. The location just off the highway is super convenient as well with restaurants, gas, grocery stores and fabulous playgrounds nearby. Will definitely be coming back!
