site says "pet friendly" , and i was fine paying $100 deposit, but, there was a $55 charge that i was not told about until i checked in.

Love the unique design of the shower, and the water pressure was great!!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the inviting decor and the peaceful, clean environment throughout the hotel. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest comfort is a top priority here. I was warmly greeted by Mikayla at check-in, even though I arrived after 9:00PM. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness in calling to make sure I was still on my way. It was a small gesture that meant a lot. Shortly after settling in, I noticed my remote control wasn’t working properly, but Mr. Austin went above and beyond by personally delivering a new one to my room within minutes of my call to the front desk. Exceptional service! The next morning, LaRhonda, the breakfast hostess, made a great impression. She kept everything well-stocked and clean, all while maintaining a warm smile and top-notch customer service. Her friendly attitude really stood out and made breakfast even more enjoyable. When it was time to check out, Jose, the groundskeeper, kindly helped me take my luggage to the car, again reinforcing the family-oriented and team-driven spirit of the staff. Everyone I encountered worked seamlessly together to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness. You each made my visit feel like home away from home.

Excellent staff! Very nice and informative. The staff was engaged with all guests. Joking and laughing with everyone. Free breakfast. Very nice quiet property. Family and pet friendly. Definitely will be back!!!

I’m not one to shower, I prefer a bath, my room didn’t have a tub, but the shower was awesome. Hot water and great water pressure

The staff is so friendly Casey is now family. Dropped My baby at FSU all emotional. She was so warm and loving seeing me in the lobby sobbing. This is my new home away from home in next 4 years.

My biggest complaint about most hotels are the little details in the bedrooms. For BOB Hotels Tallahassee, the bed was poorly made making for an uncomfortable night. Your housekeeping staff should review how to make beds. Fitted sheet is tucked securely UNDER all four corners of the mattress. The top sheet and blanket should go all the way to the top of the mattress, not stop a foot short.

I love this property because the staff is amazingly nice, it's always very clean. It's usually extremely quiet, but this was the weekend before July 4 so it was a little bit loud at night. But otherwise perfect.

Wonderful staff, super clean facility

No elevator, however they put is on the first floor so there was not an issue. My knee gives me fits of rage and was happy about that. It's close to i 10 so if you are on a road trip like we were then it's a great stop. There is a pool, we didn't swim, it looked clean, tidy, and small. The beds were comfortable. The linens clean, the room was clean. Everything felt safe. There is only one BOB Hotel. I would like for them to expand their affordable, clean, fun, hotel experience. Breakfast was beyond basic and if traveling with kids it's a great perk!

Check-in was great, even with us arriving late in the night. Water temperature was hot, soap, shampoo, and conditioner all provided. We had a solid quiet night sleep. We would come back again for sure. For those who need an elevator, I didn’t see an elevator to go up to the second floor.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Clean rooms, breakfast, quiet area, and a fun vibe! Very uncommon traits for a hotel so conveniently located near the interstate. Will definitely stay again when traveling I-10.
